There’s a narrative doing the rounds, a persistent drone in the background noise of every post-race debrief on a classic circuit: “These tracks just aren’t suited for modern F1. They need to change.”
I’m calling time on that fallacy: It’s the cars, stupid.
We’re witnessing a paradox. Formula 1 is booming, attracting new audiences, selling out grandstands, and posting record revenues.
